The caseload and clinic/call schedules are shared, which means there is ample time off for each provider as well.The ideal candidate for this position will be able to practice full-scope nurse-midwifery care. We are looking for a candidate that places a high value on health, safety, the team, and client experience. The ideal candidate will have a heart for out-of-hospital birth and will feel comfortable with newborn care and TOLACs. You must also be willing to learn from, train with, and work collaboratively alongside Licensed Midwives.
