Director, Maternity Services
Reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer, this position is accountable for implementing the strategic plan for care delivery systems across the Medical Center, which is fully aligned to the Network Nursing strategic plan. The Director of Maternity services accesses, plans, implements, monitors, and evaluates nursing practice and the nursing care delivery system with direct supervision of front-line leaders and staff.
