Breastfeeding Peer Counselor-Jessup St
Nemours is seeking a Breastfeeding Peer Counselor Nursing education for our duPont Pediatrics, Jessup Street location. This is a 30 hour per week position. A WIC Breastfeeding Peer Counselor is a support person who gives basic breastfeeding education, support and encouragement to WIC eligible pregnant and/or breastfeeding mothers within designated Nemours primary care offices. The breastfeeding peer counselor demonstrates behaviors that model the standards of behavior, core values and mission statement for the organization. This is a 30 hour per week position. Qualifications: Has breastfed at least one baby (does not have to be currently breastfeeding)
