Join a well-established and respected anesthesia team in eastern Montana, where you'll enjoy a fulfilling CRNA role with unmatched work-life balance. This position offers a highly competitive salary of $245k, $25k sign on, $15k relocation and an impressive 17 weeks off per year. You'll work in a diverse clinical environment that includes OR, labor and delivery, emergency care, ICU, and procedural services, all supported by a fast-paced, team-oriented setting and system-wide EPIC EMR. The block scheduling model (2 weeks on, 1 week off) gives you the freedom to recharge, travel, or pursue additional income.
