Responsibilities :Pro-actively monitor new and/or existing projects and communicate with the management and SMART Database Loading Administrators on problem areas.Monitor and maintain SMART Scheduling functions on a daily basisInitiate scheduled shipments, allocate pulling and shipment dates (of scheduled & unscheduled) and ensure such dates are respected.Work with pull/pack team to ensure shipping volumes are not exceeded.Responsible for different QC requested by the client and different QC into SMART.Complete all scheduled SMART queries.Responsible for negotiating and adjusting shipping date that best satisfies the customer?s needs and expectations.Be able to process specific oncology samples.
