Memorial Cardiac and Vascular Institute at Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a motivated and dynamic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its team. The selected candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists in outpatient and inpatient settings to provide high quality care for a range of complex heart and vascular conditions. Responsibilities will include surgical consultation, pre-operative workup, transitioning patients out of the ICU, managing post-operative patients in the cardiac stepdown unit, and coordinating discharge.  Candidate must have a national Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant Certification.
