Atlantic Health System is seeking a full time Registered Nurses to join the Nursing Resource Float Pool team to work during the peak hours primarily supporting Admissions, Discharge and Transfers at Overlook Medical Center. The hours will be 4 10 hour shifts per week from 1:00pm until 11:00pm. Working this time-frame will come with a $3.00 per hour shift differential. Essential Job Functions:Candidate will have the ability to utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served. Through the model of Shared Governance, collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidenced based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.
