Job Description

If you are looking for a collaborative, dynamic, physician-led practice environment where you can learn, grow, and excel in providing integrated, multidisciplinary, patient centered care, then Summit Health is the place to be! We are seeking a licensed Advanced Practice Nurse / Physician Assistant to work collaboratively with our Urology Department.

Requirements include:

• Current New Jersey State APN/PA License
• Minimum 1-year experience Urology preferred
