Utilizes rehab process to promote and restore optimal health and well-being of the patient. Assumes personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: * Previous work experience providing direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient or inpatient rehab unit preferred* Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR), preferred* Bachelor Degree in Physical Therapy required* Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy, preferred* Current Colorado state licensure as a Physical Therapist required* BLS through the American Heart Association requiredPhysical Requirements-Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly Preferred Pediatric experience.  This position will cover both inpatient and outpatient needs (adult inpatient and outpatient).  The position will also take call for inpatient evaluations one weekend per month.  This role has potential to increase a caseload and become part time or full time.   Your Connected Community:St. Elizabeth Hospital, located in Fort Morgan, Colorado, is a Level 3 Trauma Center and an American College of Cardiology Accredited Chest Pain Center serving northeastern Colorado. Providing care through-out the region, St. Elizabeth Hospital provides cardiology, maternal, emergency, surgical, pediatrics, and acute care inpatient services in addition to the multitude of subspecialists in our specialty clinic. At 50 beds, St. Elizabeth is the region's referral center serving a wide span of northeastern Colorado. While recently becoming a part of Centura, St. Elizabeth has been in the community since 1952 and has been living out its mission since day one.
