Overview Atlantic Health System is seeking a full-time Sterile Processing Technician for the Central Sterile Supply at Newton Medical Center to work varies shift, including on-call and rotating weekends. Responsibilities Essential Function/Responsibilities:Prepare, sterilize, install, assemble, and clean health care instruments and equipment from surgical procedures for the Main Operating Room, Maternity Operating Room, Cardiac Cath, Minor Surgery, and the Emergency Department.Qualifications Minimum Education:High School Diploma/ GEDGraduate of an Accredited Sterile Processing ProgramMinimum Experience:CBSPD or IAHCSMM certification preferred and obtained within one year of employment
