Organization:Team FireflyJob Summary:Social Workers develop, lead, and provide clinical, operational and strategic oversight of Firefly's Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), supporting pregnant and postpartum patients with substance use disorder. Additionally, provides psychosocial assessment of and brief targeted intervention for social, emotional, and environmental issues that impact Firefly patients' ability to optimally benefit from care in a clinical support role. Social Workers actively collaborate with team to meet patient care management and system improvement goals. Provides leadership within the department. Contributes to the plan of care with knowledg
