We have a challenging opportunity for an experienced, highly motivated neonatal nurse practitioner to join our team of six NNPs and five neonatologists at Womenâ™s and Childrenâ™s Hospital in Lafayette, Louisiana.
The unit is a 50-bed, Level-III regional NICU with 650 annual admissions and average daily census of 35+ infants.
Your responsibilities will include attending deliveries less than 35 weeks, high-risk deliveries, daily care in the NICU, nursery consults, antenatal consults and participation in staff development and outreach education.
The practice is supported by pediatric, medical and surgical subspecialists.
