The Nurse Manager of OB will be accountable for the development, implementation, evaluation and oversight of services provided by the Obstetrical Services at HealthAlliance. The Nurse Manager will serve as a leader in the coordination of interdisciplinary processes that facilitate and expedite patient care services to achieve optimal outcomes. The Nurse Manager will work with physicians, director of maternity services, charge nurses and employees to continuously develop this service, identify opportunities for improvement and ensure patient satisfaction.
