We are seeking experienced Nursing Operations Resource Managers to oversee performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability of a designated unit through planning, directing, and coordinating departmental responsibilities. This position provides data interpretation, analytical methodologies, and data presentation formats to use for analysis purposes; analyzes data for pay period, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports; and works closely with members of the nursing leadership team to analyze unit, division, and department data. BSN, MSN, or Master’s in Business or Health Administration
RN licensure within the State of Pennsylvania
BLS and ACLS certification; nursing administration or specialty certification preferred
MS Office proficiency (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
2-4 years of nursing leadership experience; healthcare operations role preferred
Membership in a professional organization preferred
