Performs echocardiograms with doppler and color flow analysis to assist the physician in the diagnosis and treatment of heart disease. Uses an understanding of the principles of growth and development to determine each patient?s age specific needs and provide age specific treatment.
Graduate of approved school of Sonography. Certified by the ARDMS. Knowledge of all Ultrasound procedures. Minimum 3-5 years experience. BLS for Healthcare Providers certification. Knowledge of RIS/PACS environment. Ability to work independently. Flexible with volumes and schedules as needed.
