An exciting opportunity for someone looking to make a difference and a huge impact on the hospital, this position provides leadership for the ED at Sacred Heart Medical Center at Riverbend. Overseeing a passionate and robust team of nurses, a successful candidate will rely on their strong ED background to provide direction and inspire their team.
Qualified candidates must have:
A BSN or MSN
Minimum 5 years of experience in Emergency Medicine
At least 2 years in leadership role in Emergency Medicine
Experience with LEAN, shared governance, and the magnet journey, highly preferred
