The Director of Women's and Children's Services provides leadership through planning, organizing, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating the care provided for patients. Responsibilities include management of growth, finance, quality, human resource, ethical and operational functions of the unit. Maintains 24 hour accountability for all operational aspects of the unit.
This individual will oversee the management and operation of women's services at North Suburban Medical Center.

Neo Natal Intensive Care
Neo Natal Nurse Practitioners
Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Colorado.
Current BLS certification
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Bachelors Degree in health related field required.
Masters in Nursing or related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years relevant clinical experience required. Relevant clinical experience including but not limited to: Labor and Delivery, NICU, Pediatrics, and Postpartum
Comprehensive knowledge of the practice and scope of nursing with the ability to plan and provide for delivery of nursing services. Ability to build a high performance culture by coaching and developing others. Ability to engage employees through communication skills and leadership. Ability to drive efficiencies within the unit through effective operational decision making. Ability to allocate resources to support strategies through empowerment, delegation and driving for results. Ability to drive profitability through financial acumen. Upholding a commitment to patient satisfaction and quality of patient care. Interpersonal skills to communicate with stakeholders.
